I’m an entrepreneur at heart. I love building businesses, developing people, finding opportunities, and figuring out how to make things better than where I found them. Before becoming a business owner myself, I spent 17 years in retail leadership, including overseeing 150 stores across the East Coast while based in Philadelphia. That experience taught me how to lead large teams, navigate change, make tough decisions, and understand that the best businesses are ultimately built around great people.

Today, I reside in the Omaha area and am an investor in residential and commercial real estate and have partnerships in multiple businesses including the Broker/Owner in a residential and commercial real estate brokerage, property management company and our business brokerage. Whether I’m helping someone buy or sell a property, sell a business, grow an investment, or develop their career, I genuinely enjoy being part of helping people move toward something bigger.

Business is only one part of my life; my husband and I have four kids, ranging from grown and building careers of their own to one in elementary school. One of our sons lives in Philadelphia and works in commercial construction, another is pursuing a career in law enforcement, and our daughter is an electrician. I’m incredibly proud that each of them has chosen their own path and isn’t afraid to work hard for what they want.

When I’m not working, I love to run, work out, travel, and spend time with my family. I’m competitive, love to work, and not very good at sitting still. At this stage in my life, success means more to me than growing another business or completing another deal. It’s about building quality of life while doing something meaningful, creating opportunities for other people, continuing to challenge myself, and making sure I enjoy life with my friends and family.
