Frank Chebalo is a resident of Virginia Beach and has worked in television broadcasting for 30 years with experience in Broadcast Engineering, Facility Design and budgeting, capital planning, and project implementation. He held executive positions with The New York Times Broadcast Media Group, including Senior VP Operations & Engineering and President & General Manager. Throughout his tenure with the New York Times Broadcast Media Group, Mr. Chebalo served as chief consultant on all significant technical initiatives. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from King’s College, with a minor in English. He completed a leadership course at Dartmouth{s Tuck School of Business and attended an executive education series through Columbia University Graduate School of Business and Duke University. 2012 Frank received the prestigious International Business Broker Association’s “Certified Business Intermediary” (CBI) designation. In May 2021, Frank completed a course of study at Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business and was awarded the designation of Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP). Frank holds a Real Estate License in Virginia, focusing on Commercial Property. Over the last 20 years, Frank has been involved in over 100 business transactions. His office is centrally located in Virginia Beach, serving all of Hampton Roads, Virginia.
