Jim has over 30 years of experience as a chef, including such properties as Harrah’s Lake Tahoe and Fat City in Sacramento, Ca. As well, he has 10 years of experience as an owner/ operator of a successful restaurant, which he sold in 2016. Lastly, Jim has 15 years of experience working as a consultative foodservice salesman for leading national companies.??Jim Pate’s passion and understanding of the business as a whole enables him to assist both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
