Training & Support
The Maids will provide a pre-opening program (“SMART Start Set-Up”) to teach you about The Maids Business System and the operation of a The Maids Business. We will also coach you through the set up of your business. You will undergo a training and mentoring program, visit existing owners’ operations, and spend time out at the corporate office learning about The Maids system. Once you return from corporate training in Omaha, NE, we will provide additional post-training here in the New England region. The unique structure of having a Master Franchisee in New England provides that added layer of support. We act as a conduit between the owners in NE and the corporate office. Our owners enjoy the benefit of the constant contact with other owners who are closeby. Our corporate Marketing Department is a wealth of support as well when it comes to SEO, social media training, graphics and all your marketing needs.

The Maids was the very first franchised residential cleaning business, started in 1979. Our founder, Dan Bishop, used time and motion studies to develop the most efficient residential house cleaning system and was the first to launch a team-cleaning concept. Our dedication to innovation continues to increase quality, efficiency and profitability for our franchise owners. Our recent partnership with P&G and Mr. Clean is a perfect example. We are the exclusive partner of Mr. Clean and the Magic Eraser (which if you have not tried, is an absolute MUST). Our team driven systematic approach to cleaning puts us in a leadership position when it comes to hiring a service to clean your home. We were founded in Omaha, NE and are still there today.
